The Red Room perfectly complements the palace’s traditional 19th-century gothic style and oozes luxury, elegance and romance. The ornate black furnishings, deep red walls, and faux fur throws and pillows help to create a moody atmosphere in this luxurious space.
 

The black gothic style bed is beautifully decorated with premium bedding and throws to welcome you home after your day in Ballarat. Maintaining many of its original features, the room has been tastefully styled with an eclectic mix of gothic and antique furnishing, creating a romantic and luxurious feel.

The room also features a grand private ensuite complete with two showers and a bath, a beautiful chaise lounge,
and an ornamental fireplace and seating area.

All rooms have access to the property’s common areas, including the gardens,
spa pavilion, formal dining room, parlour, and library.
